Summer 2010 Fitness Class Schedule


This summer we are pleased to announce that we will be offering Zumba Classes on Mondays from 5:45 - 6:45 pm in the Woods Room of the Alumni Sports and Fitness Center!  Classes will begin Monday May 10th.

ZUMBA is a latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness routine!  This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.  This cardio-based dance movements are easy-to-follow steps that include body sculpting, targeting the whole body, the core, the abdominals, and, most importantly, your heart! 
 
Location: Wood's Room

Cost: $5/ per class

Time: Mondays, 5:45 - 6:45 pm

What to bring: Please bring a large mat, or towel, and water.

Personal Training

Personal Training is available at a fee for all members of the college community.  If you are interested in this service please contact the individuals listed below.  These are individuals who have been approved by the College to provide this service to our patrons.
