Franklin & Marshall won six of the first eight races, but it was a win in the final race that halted Gettysburgs Centennial Conference (CC) dual meet winning streak at 20. The Diplomats (7-2, 7-0 CC) 110-95 victory was F&Ms first over the Bullets (8-2, 6-1 CC) in dual competition since 2007, and marks Gettysburgs first Centennial loss in their new natatorium. The win also left the Diplomats unscathed in CC competition this season.

Diplomats Run Centennial Table Again
On the strength of a 122-83 win at Gettysburg, Franklin & Marshall wrapped up its third consecutive season and 22nd consecutive Centennial Conference (CC) meet without a loss. F&M (6-2, 6-0 CC) won eight of 11 races with the Bullets (5-4, 4-2 CC) Matt Libby and a Diplomats disqualification breaking up an otherwise flawless afternoon.

Women Finish Weekend with Consecutive Wins
Franklin & Marshalls womens squash team wrapped up a 2-1 weekend with a Sunday sweep of William Smith College. The #18 Diplomats (9-11) started the weekend with a 9-0 setback at the hands of #6 Cornell, but rallied for a 5-4 victory over #22 St. Lawrence and the 9-0 over the #24 Herons.

Diplomats Close Weekend with Win
Franklin & Marshall downed #24 Hobart 9-0 on Sunday to salvage an otherwise disappointing weekend in Upstate New York. Following Friday nights 8-1 loss to #3 Rochester, the #11 Diplomats fell 6-3 to #6 Cornell and 5-4 to #16 St. Lawrence.

Snow Stops Games, Not Diplomats
After a week of hype that at times seemed to overpower the media blitz originating from South Florida, the heavily anticipated Snowpocalypse 2010 did not disappoint. The storm brought most of the region and the City of Lancaster to a grinding halt. WGAL TV reported that several PennDOT trucks became stuck in the snow overnight. None of it was enough to stop Franklin & Marshalls athletic teams.

Diplomats Dropped in Rochester
Franklin & Marshall started its buzz saw weekend with an 8-1 loss at #3 Rochester Friday evening. The#12 Diplomats (9-6) got a win at the top of the ladder, but fell in three in the subsequent matches with the #3 Yellowjackets (7-2).

Diplomats Fall at Kutztown
Kutztown tied a program record for dual meet wins in a season with a 41-6 victory over Franklin & Marshall Thursday evening. The Golden Bears (15-3) captured six of the eight bouts contested and collected Diplomats (0-9-1) forfeits at 125 and 174.

Diplomats Win Showdown with Ursinus
Anthony Brooks dunk to open the game set a tone that was tested, but never wavered, as #15 Franklin & Marshall defeated Ursinus 70-62 in a Centennial Conference (CC) showdown. The game featured the top-two teams in the CC with the Diplomats taking a two-game advantage in the standings with the win.

Jones Makes Final Tryout
Robyn Jones 06 was invited to attend the Philadelphia Independences final tryout. The Independence is an expansion professional womens soccer team in the Womens Professional Soccer (WPS) league. The WPS started in 2009 and will begin its second year in April.

Olivia Hill Earns Diplomat of the Week
Olivia Hill won the first two individual races of the day, to help lead F&M over Dickinson, 116-84, on Saturday. Hill cruised to a win in the 1,000-yard free in 10:59.81. In the 200-yard freestyle, Hill collected the nine points in first, with a 2:02.29, edging out Dickinson's Sarah Boyd at 2:02.53
Nils Michaelis Named Diplomat of the Week
Nils Michaelis won the 55-meter dash, 55-meter hurdlers and the 200-meter on Saturday at the Coach I Open hosted by Franklin & Marshall. Michaelis finished the 55m in 6.78 and turned in a 7.91 in the hurdlers. He ran a 23.54 in the 200m.
