Megan Burger received her degree in Athletic Training from University of Delaware.  She began her career at Franklin & Marshall College in February 2011.  Prior to coming to F&M, Megan worked for Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster and was the associate athletic trainer at Manheim Township High School for almost three years.

Burger's primary spring responsibility is with F&M's men's lacrosse team. She is also the sports medicine department’s health educator and is an administrator for the Athletic Department’s Athlete Leadership Counsel. Burger is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, the Board of Certification of Athletic Training, and is licensed by the State Board of Medicine in Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers Society.

Burger is a native of Lancaster, having attended Manheim Township High School.
