Milligan Named CC Player of the Week
LANCASTER, Pa. – Georgio Milligan was named Centennial Conference (CC) Player of the Week when it was announced today. The honor is the fifth for the senior this season. Milligan averaged 18 points, 10 assists and five rebounds in the CC Tournament and led Franklin & Marshall to is third-straight Centennial Conference Championship. He scored a game-high 21 points and dished out 12 assists in the championship against Muhlenberg.
The Diplomats earned their 23rdNCAA Division III Tournament bid when the field was announced Monday and will host the first and second rounds on March 2nd and 3rd. F&M will face cross-county rival York College on Friday at 7:30 p.m. Western Connecticut State takes on Christopher Newport in the 5:30 p.m. game in Lancaster.
