Series History: Johns Hopkins and Franklin & Marshall meet for the 63rd time in a series that began in Baltimore with a 10-3 F&M win in 1912. The Diplomats hold a 34-26-2 lead in the series and a 18-12-2 lead in Baltimore. Since Centennial Conference play began in 1983, Johns Hopkins owns a 16-12 edge.
Hopkins had won ten straight over F&M leading up to the 2007 meeting, a 19-11 F&M win. That was Hopkins' longest streak in the series. F&M owns the longest streak between the two teams taking 17 matchups between 1971 and 1988. The Jays have won all three meetings since F&M's 2007 win.
