F&M Football Donates More Than 7,000 Diapers to WSM

LANCASTER, Pa. – The Franklin & Marshall Football Leadership Society donated more than 7,000 diapers to the Water Street Ministries Shelter and will provide children with diapers for the next two months at the shelter.

The diapers were collected on Oct. 25 when the Diplomats faced Moravian during Homecoming Weekend. Last year the Football Leadership Society donated over 8,500 diapers to the Water Street Ministries Shelter.

"It's great to see that giving back to others is important to our student-athletes," said coach John Troxell. "We are fortunate to have a group of football players who exceed both on and off the field and we are thankful for the support from the F&M community for making this diaper drive a successful one."

The F&M Football Leadership Society is composed of young men, from the F&M team, focused on family, loyalty, pride, competitiveness and integrity while continuously striving to always do things the right way.  For more information on Water Street Ministries visit their web site at www.WaterStreetMinistries.org.
