F&M Football Gives More than 12,500 Diapers to WSM

LANCASTER, Pa. – The Franklin & Marshall Football Team donated 12,510 diapers to the Water Street Ministries Shelter that will provide children with diapers for the next three months at the shelter. Since its inception in 2012, The Little Dips Diaper Drive has collected more than 58,000 diapers for the children living at Water Street.

The diapers were collected on Sept. 30 when the Diplomats defeated Muhlenberg 17-14. Last year, the Football Leadership Society donated 13,620 diapers to the Water Street Ministries Shelter.

"This is a true testament to the generosity of our alumni, parents, and fans who helped make this another successful drive," said coach John Troxell. "We are thankful for the support from the F&M community and to our student-athletes who understand the importance of giving back to the community."
