Series History: F&M starts out the week on Wednesday when the Diplomats take on McDaniel for the 83rd time. F&M owns a 47-35 mark, including victories in the last four meetings. The Diplomats finish the week against Ursinus on Saturday for the 17th meeting. F&M brings a 9-7 mark into the meeting but has lost the last two games.
In the Rankings: F&M sits in the 17th spot in the latest USILA/Nike Coaches Poll, moving up two spots from last week. Two other CC teams appear in the poll as Dickinson (No. 6) and Ursinus (No. 16), all occupy the top 20.
Milestone Watch: Sean Rogers now ranks 14th in program history with 156 points, while the record is held by Jon Dale '90 with 321. Rogers' 72 career assists are good for 12th in the program record books, with Dale again owning the record, dishing out 218 helpers over his four seasons in Lancaster.
With 115 ground balls in his career, Anthony Dougherty ranks eighth all-time in program history. The record is held by Andrew Setian '12 with 232.
Last Week: F&M was off last week, but enter this week on an eight-game winning streak. The Diplomats were last in action on April 3, when F&M defeated LVC 13-9 in non-conference action.
Anthony Dougherty paced the defense with five caused turnovers and Wes Rhudy finished with three. Nick Zenobio, Tommy O'Connor, and Rogers caused two turnovers each and Read Ziegler along with O'Connor both came away with four ground balls.
Thomas Moore improved to 9-3 with the win after picking up nine saves, and Eric Ritchie was saddled with the loss after turning away 11 shots.
F&M held a 38-27 edge in shots, went 16-for-19 on clear attempts and forced 23 turnovers.

Rhudy and Dougherty both caused two turnovers to pace the defense.
Moore took the loss and dropped 7-3, but Scott Hatch turned away eight shots in relief and kept the Bears off the board for over 25 minutes. Brian Neff picked up the win with eight saves.
