Statesmen Stun Diplomats

LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall jumped off to a strong start putting the first goal on the scoreboard early in the game, but it was all Hobart from there. The Statesmen reeled off six-straight to deliver the Diplomats a 6-1 setback.

F&M applied constant pressure early. The Diplomats (1-1) lone goal came from junior midfield Eric Elicker in the 10th minute. From there it was the Statesmen (2-0) the rest of the way.
