Diplomats and Bell Finish Third
YORK, Pa. -- Ryan Bell and Greg Duckloe finished in the top 20
to lead Franklin & Marshall at the York College
Invitational II. The Diplomats placed third out of seven teams.
Johns Hopkins took first and Navy finished second.
Bell ran 26:33 for third place, crossing 55 seconds after
meet champion Steven Tobochnik of Johns Hopkins. Tobochnik
covered the eight kilometer course in 25:40. Greg Duckloe's
time of 27:15 placed him 14th out of 96 runners. Angelo Arce
(28:01), Francis Blancero (28:30) and Erik Olsen (28:49) all
came in the top half of the field. Arce placed 33rd , Blancero
picked up 39th and Olsen rounded out the Diplomats top five
finishing at 48 th place.
The Diplomats return to action October 2 nd when they travel to Lehigh.
