Duckloe 13th, Diplomats 10th at Paul Short
LEHIGH, Pa. – Greg Duckloe led the way for Franklin & Marshall with a 13th finish at the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University Friday afternoon. Duckloe covered the eight-kilometer course in 26:48 crossing the line just 38 seconds behind meet champion Eric DuBois (26:10) from Rowan.
The Diplomats placed 10th as a team, three spots
higher than last year, while Rowan came in first in the 33-team
event.
Angelo
Arce finished 63rd (27:50) followed closely by Josh Wesalo at
27:59 (71st). Tim Merlino was the
third runner to cross the line for the Diplomats. Merlino finished
with a time of 28:08, good enough for 79th Ryan Bell (28:25), Francis
Blancero (28:52) and Ezra Rothman (29:03)
rounded out the finishes for F&M.
The Diplomats return to the course October 9th when
they host the Friends of Sarah Run.
