Series History: F&M and Juniata are tied up at 8-8 in a series that dates back to 1976. The Eagles and Diplomats last faced off on Dec. 9, 2008, when Juniata took a 71-51 decision in Lancaster.
Fifteen of the Eagles first 30 points came from behind the arc as Juniata built a 40-15 first half lead. The Diplomats won the second-half battle, outscoring Juniata 36-31 on 15 points from Sarah Meisenberg, who finished with a game-high 17. Casey Downie also recorded double figures with 10 points while also grabbing eight rebounds.
The last win for F&M in the series came back in 1994, when the Diplomats picked up a 74-61 victory in Lancaster. F&M has not played in Huntingdon since 1991, when the Diplomats dropped a close 64-62 contest.
