Series History: This will be F&M's first meeting with both Roanoke and Lynchburg as the Diplomats travel for the Roanoke New Year's Tournament.

F&M holds a solid 6-0 advantage against the Golden Wolves in a series that dates back to 1995 when the Diplomats won 67-56 on Jan. 9.

Last Time We Met Alvernia: A decisive second quarter helped lift F&M 63-47 last season on Jan. 6. Haley Pilone led with 13 points. Erica Brown led with 10 rebounds and nine points.

Among the Leaders (CC): Pilone currently ranks first in the CC; averaging 17.9 points per game, while her 42.2 percent from behind the arc is good for fourth.  

Kristin Hamill's 8.4 rebounds a game average is good for sixth overall, while Brown is tied for ninth with 7.8. 

Among the Leaders (NCAA): Among Division III players, Pilone's 3.38 three-pointers per game are good for 14th, and Sarah Pisani ranks 16th, averaging 5.6 assists per game.   

Milestone Watch: Multiple Diplomats now rank in the top-20 in program record categories. Brown places 18th in total career points with 853. Anne Krumrine '90 leads the category with 1,813. Brown also ranks 13th with 579 career rebounds, needing four more to tie for 12th

Pilone comes in at fourth for three-pointers in a career with 113. Dana Johns '06 leads the category with 178.

Pisani's 240 career assists are good for ninth and needs only 10 more to tie for eighth. Sarah Meisenberg '09 leads with 367.
