Rowers Compete at ECAC Championships
CAMDEN. N.J. - Franklin & Marshall's women's varsity eight rowers placed fifth out of five teams in Saturday's preliminary heat and Sunday morning's semifinals at this weekend's ECAC Championships raced at Cooper River Park. The effort relegated the Diplomats to the fourth level final competing for places 19 through 22 on Sunday afternoon. That race, however, was never contested as high winds wiped out the bulk of Sunday afternoon's competition, closing out the Diplomats' second varsity season of rowing.
