Diplomats Open Spring at Dickinson Invitational

CARLISLE, Pa. - Franklin & Marshall opened its spring women's golf season with a seventh-place finish at the Dickinson Spring Invitational on Sunday. The Diplomats shot a 454 to nab seventh in a field of nine teams at the par 72, 5811 yard Mayapple Golf Links.

Lauren Caffee tied for 22nd in the 42-player field with a 99 to pace the Diplomats. Katie McKiernan (112), Jennifer Dickey (113) and Samantha Porcelli (130) rounded out the F&M scoring, while Katie Cecere finished with a 131.

The Diplomats return to the course on Saturday for day one of the McDaniel Spring Invitational at The Bridges Golf Club.
