Gallagher Takes Second at F&M Invite

LANCASTER, Pa. - Franklin & Marshall's women's golf team placed third amongst the three full teams competing at the F&M Fall Invitational. The Diplomats, paced by second-place finisher, Grace Gallagher, shot a 471. West Chester University won the tournament with a 462, followed by Hollins at 466.

Gallagher shot a 96 on the par 73, 5,081-yard Meadowcreek and Highlands Course at the Lancaster Country Club. She finished six strokes behind medalist Vicki Kasza of Hollins University.

Meaghan Eyler shot a 104 for fifth place, while Noel Stinchfield tied for tenth in the field of 15 with a 128. Anna Katten shot a 143 for 14th.

The tournament concluded F&M's fall slate. The Diplomats return to action this spring.
