Brockmyer Named Defensive POTW

LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall defender, Anne Brockmyer, was named the Centennial Conference’s Women’s Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week.

Brockmyer caused a pair of turnovers, recorded seven ground balls and won six draws in a 2-0 week for F&M. She had five ground balls and caused a turnover as F&M held #20 Stevenson seven goals below their scoring average. Five of her six draw controls against Rowan came in the decisive 8-2 run on Rowan's net.

Brockmyer is F&M’s first CC Player of the Week this season and earned the first Defensive Player of the Week honor for F&M since Lidia Sanza took the title following last year’s Centennial Conference Championship weekend.
