Series History: F&M starts out its week when the Diplomats travel to Messiah on Tuesday. The Diplomats own a 6-1 series record, including winning the last six.  

On Wednesday, F&M travels to Catholic with a showdown against the Cardinals. The Diplomats lead 3-0 in the all-time series. Ursinus comes to town on Saturday for the 47th meeting between the two schools. The Diplomats lead 27-19, including victories in the last 15 meetings.  

National Rankings: F&M fell three spots in this week's IWLCA National Rankings, dropping from No. 1 to No. 4. Gettysburg rounds out Centennial representation in the poll at No. 3. 

Record Watch: Paige Moriarty continues to ascend the ranks of the Diplomats' career offensive leaders. Her 240 points on the season are good for 11th on the all-time list. Blake Hargest '10 leads the way with 341. Moriarty's 141 career goals are tied for 14th, while her 99 assists are now seventh.

Gabby Frank enters the week five points shy of becoming the 17th player to record 200 points in program history.  

Vanessa Budd and Sarah Bozzo are climbing the caused turnover list and now rank seventh and eighth, respectively, with 72 and 65 in their careers. 

Last Week: F&M went 1-1 last week. The Diplomats suffered a 12-6 setback to Gettysburg on Wednesday, before rebounding with an 18-0 win over Bryn Mawr on Saturday. 

Last Time We Met Messiah: No. 5 Franklin & Marshall earned a 15-5 victory over No. 19 Messiah in women's lacrosse action last year on April 12, 2016.

Paige Moriarty finished with five scores and Grace Saliba scored twice and handed out three assists. Katie Groenke had two goals and two assists; Claire Jackson scored twice with one assist while Gabby Frank, Natalie Delinsky, and Annie Mergner all netted a goal for F&M.  

Samantha Blicht led the defense with six caused turnovers and collected three ground balls, and Peyton Annese along with Vanessa Budd and Mergner all caused two turnovers.  

Danielle Harrington turned away seven shots and improved to 9-0 and Alexa Dipeso took the loss with 11 stops for the Falcons. 

Last Time We Met Catholic: No. 7 Franklin & Marshall downed Catholic 17-11 in the second round of the NCAA Tournament on May 10, 2014. 

Brittney Jorgenson finished with four goals and an assist while Caroline Krohn, Natalie Delinsky and Emily Everdell all tallied three goals apiece. Gabby Frank, Mary Mitchell, Annie Mergner and Megan Kelly all struck once while Mitchell, Krohn and Blicht each dished out two assists. 

Megan Kelly led the defense with three caused turnovers and three ground balls while Caroline Doran and Mergner each had two caused turnovers. 

Kelsey Hoffman turned away 12 shots to improve to 14-5 while Yasmeen Ajdari took the loss with four stops.  

Last Time We Met Ursinus: Paige Moriarty and Grace Saliba finished with five points each to propel No. 4 Franklin & Marshall to a 12-4 victory over Ursinus on April 20, 2016.

Saliba finished with four scores and an assist, Moriarty had three goals with two helpers and Jackson also finished with a hat trick with three goals. Mergner and Hughes both had a goal and Delinsky ended with one assist. 

Stephanie Speese paced the defense with four caused turnovers; two ground balls and added two draws while Samantha Blicht caused two turnovers with two ground balls. Katie Groenke had two ground balls and Saliba along Jackson both collected three ground balls each.

Danielle Harrington picked up the win with six saves and improved to 11-0 while Margaret Philbin took the loss with 11 stops.
