Series History: On Tuesday, F&M hosts Catholic with a showdown against the Cardinals. The Diplomats lead 3-1 in the all-time series with the Cardinals getting their first win last season. The Diplomats travel to Ursinus on Saturday for the 48th meeting between the two schools. The Diplomats lead 28-19, including victories in each of the last 16 meetings.   

CC POTW: Danielle Harrington was named the Centennial Conference (CC) Defensive Player of the Week for women's lacrosse, announced by the league office on Monday. The honor was the first for the team this season and third of her career.

Harrington had a career-high 19 saves to lead No. 10 Franklin & Marshall to an 8-4 victory over No. 1 Gettysburg on Wednesday. She finished the week 2-0 in net after an 18-0 shutout against Bryn Mawr on Friday. 

Milestone Watch: Senior Paige Moriarty reset the Franklin & Marshall and Centennial Conference career points record last week and enters the week with 343 career points. Blake Hargest '10 previously held the record with 341. Moriarty has 203 goals which are good for third – Jen Pritchard '09 has school mark at 268 – while her 140 assists are tied for third. Hargest leads that category as well with 160 assists.

Danielle Harrington entered the top-10 in program history, coming in at seventh with 409 careers saves. Elizabeth Eide '88 leads the category with 732.

Rankings: F&M is ranked fifth in the latest coaches poll. Gettysburg, who is ranked second, and Haverford (25th) are the only other Centennial schools ranked in the top-25. Complete poll.

Vanessa Budd paced the defense with two caused turnovers and seven ground balls while Sarah Bozzo caused three turnovers with two ground balls.

Danielle Harrington took the loss with eight saves and fell to 9-4 and Nanci Hernandez picked up the win with nine stops.

Last Time We Met Ursinus: Franklin & Marshall scored seven unanswered goals, six in the second half, en route to a 9-4 win over Ursinus in last year's matchup. Full recap.
