Series History: F&M holds a 21-8 overall record against Susquehanna, including a 3-1 victory over the Crusaders last year. The Diplomats have only met Stevenson one time before in 2009 when F&M swept the Mustangs 3-0. In the final matchup of the week, the Diplomats will battle St. Mary's (Md.), a team that F&M holds a 10-4-1 mark against.

Last Week: The Diplomats posted a 3-1 record last week to improve to 6-1 overall. At the first home match of the season, F&M handled York (Pa.) 3-1. Julie Harvey led the Diplomats with seven kills, while Emily Gerard added six and Ellie Ezekiel five. Caroline Hubbard finished with 28 helpers, and Alyssa Sanchez compiled 19 assists.

In F&M's first match of the LVC Tournament against Gwynedd Mercy, the Diplomats cruised past the Griffins 3-0. Katie Foreman and Cassie Garison led the Diplomats with eight kills apiece, while Jaclyn Laforgia notched seven and Rachel Umberger six. Allison Edenstein compiled 24 helpers, while Shae Murphy led the F&M with six digs.

The Diplomats continued to play well against Penn St. – Altoona, sweeping the Nittany Lions 3-0. Ezekiel paced the offense with nine kills, while Laforgia posted eight. Hubbard and Edelstein tallied 15 and 13 assists respectively, while Sanchez notched 10 digs.

Against Lebanon Valley, the Diplomats took the first set, but the Dutchmen won the next three sets to secure the 3-1 win. Harvey led with 11 kills, while Laforgia had eight. Ezekel (15) and Sanchez (14) paced the team in digs, while Hubbard added 35 assists.

Leading the Way: Hubbard is atop the Centennial Conference (CC) with 9.19 assists per set, and also leads in service aces per set at 1.10. Sanchez is first in the conference in digs per set at 4.63.

Chasing History: With 23 kills total last week, Harvey is now eighth on F&M's all-time kills list with 896. Kristin Kowalski (1999-00, 02) sits in seventh with 990. Hubbard (2638) is now only 53 assists away from fifth-place Pam Horner's (2007-10) 2691 helpers. With 11 service aces last week, Hubbard is 13th all-time in service aces with 142. She needs just six to surpass Rosemary Hartmann (1999-00, 02) for 12th, and eight to pass Amy Miller (1994-97) for 11th.
