Series History: Week two of play opens on Tuesday night when F&M hosts the Crusaders of Susquehanna University at 7:00 p.m. in the Mayser Center. The Diplomats own the all-time series at 21-9, but Susquehanna won the previous meeting between the two squads last September in Selinsgrove.

The Diplomats then host the F&M Scramble on Friday and Saturday. F&M will begin the tournament by taking on Randolph-Macon at 7:00 p.m. in the Mayser Center. Randolph-Macon will look to extend an undefeated 4-0 record against the Diplomats while F&M will look to gain its first victory against this opponent.

The F&M Scramble concludes on Saturday with the Diplomats hosting two more contests. The first match features F&M and Lebanon Valley at 11:00 a.m. before F&M and Penn St.-Altoona collide in a 1:00 p.m. matchup. F&M leads the series with LVC 16-9, but will be looking for revenge after LVC dropped the Diplomats 3-1 last September. Against Penn St.-Altoona, F&M will look to extend a 3-0 lead in the all-time series.

Last Week: F&M began the season on Tuesday with a 3-0 victory over York (Pa.). Ellie Ezekiel paced the Diplomats with 12 kills while Rachel Umberger posted nine kills for a .471 hitting percentage. Allison Edelstein led the way with 32 assists in the match while Alyssa Sanchez reached double-digits in digs with 11.

The weekend opened with the first match of the Crosstown Crossover a 3-0 rout of Penn St.-Berks at the Mayser Center.

Ezekiel recorded 10 and eight kills on Saturday to reach 39 for the season.

In the Rankings: Rachel Umberger's .456 hitting percentage ranks her third in the conference. Haverford's Meg O'Day leads the Centennial at .542.

With 8.92 assists per set Allison Edelstein reached second place in the conference, trailing only Taylor Horan (10.53) of Washington College.

Milestone Watch: With four victories to open the season, head coach Mary Kate Boland now has 238 victories at Franklin & Marshall, just 12 wins shy of the 250 mark.
