Cabrini made life difficult for F&M early in the second match, using early momentum to lead by as much as 15. The Diplomats closed the gap, but eventually dropped the opener 25-19.

The second opened more evenly, but a 10-3 run again gave the Cavaliers control, winning the set 25-15.

The third set was the tightest of the match, remaining tied at 24-24. Two clutch kills from Cabrini closed out the set and match, 26-24.
