LANCASTER, Pa. – Michael Fleming has repeated his honor as the Centennial Conference Special Teams player of the Week following the Diplomats' 52-20 win at Ursinus this past Saturday. That victory kept the Diplomats undefeated in Centennial Conference play after they posted their most points on the road in a single game against the Bears in a series that dates back to 1894.

Fleming hit his only field goal of the day - a 29-yard effort - and was 5-for-5 in PATs to account for eight points during F&M's victory. In addition to his eight points in the kicking game, Fleming additionally handled six kickoffs where he averaged 63.3 yards per attempt, including two touchbacks.

Fleming is the only player in the Centennial Conference to repeat as special teams player of the week through the first seven games. Just one other player – Cole Crotty of Johns Hopkins – has repeated weekly honors at one of the three positions (offensive, defense, and special teams).

After back-to-back weeks on the road, the Diplomats return home to Shadek Stadium this Saturday for a 1 p.m. kickoff against McDaniel.
