Playoff Outlook: With just four Centennial Conference (CC) games remaining on the schedule, Franklin & Marshall remains in the driver's seat for one of the four Tournament spots that remain up for grabs.

Swarthmore and Johns Hopkins each hold 11-3 CC records, followed by Haverford in third at 9-5. The Diplomats are 8-5-1, with wins in each of their last three CC contests, while Muhlenberg (8-6) and Washington College (7-7) remain on the outside looking in.

Schedule Changes: Due to inclement weather in Tuesday's late afternoon forecast, F&M's home game against Dickinson was moved forward to a 2:00 p.m. start time.

The Diplomats and Red Devils will meet three times this week, with Friday's contests in Carlisle also being moved to a 2:00 p.m. start to facilitate a doubleheader. Only the first game will serve as a Centennial competition and go toward the Conference standings.

Series History: Against Dickinson, F&M has captured wins in five of the previous six games and hasn't lost at home in the series since the 2011 campaign – a streak of five straight.

The Diplomats have won four of the last five against the Mules and head into Saturday's series with a 70-51 all-time edge.

Senior Day: Before the start of Saturday's doubleheader with Muhlenberg, F&M will honor its five-member senior class of Mike Androconis, Bobby Gaston, Kengo Kawahara, Andrew Mascis, and Jimmy Whelan.

A Look at Dickinson: The Red Devils have struggled of late and currently hold a 7-22 overall record after losing 10 of its last 11 contests. Dickinson's offense is hitting at a .249 clip while its pitching staff owns a 6.77 ERA.

Milestones to Watch: Senior ace Mike Androconis has accumulated 16 wins in his career, a mark that is tied for sixth-best all-time and places him four shy of the program record (20) held by Ted Serro '06.

Androconis' three complete-game shutouts are tied for second, behind only Serro in first with five, while his 183 strikeouts are fourth all-time. With his 33 career starts, he tied the program record of 33 held by Alex Guerra '15.

Season Records Watch: Marano has registered 37 RBIs on the season and is closing in on Andy Myers' single-season record which leads the program with 49 from the 2002 season. He also enters the week with 53 hits and needs only 12 more to tie Gary Kruger's single-season mark of 64 set during the 2006 season.

Marano's five home runs on the year are tied for fourth in single-season history and are the most by a Diplomat since the 2010 season. Dennis Dowd holds the record with 10 during the 1982 season.

Jimmy Whelan has totaled 15 doubles in 2018, a mark that is just three shy of the record (18) set by Scott Haft in 2004.
