LANCASTER, Pa. — Franklin & Marshall sits in fourth after the second round of the 2019 Centennial Conference (CC) Championship. The majority of yesterday's first round was halted because of lighting and those remaining holes were played earlier today before the start of round two. F&M had rounds of 321-322 for a 643, trailing Swarthmore (627), McDaniel (636) and Gettysburg (642).
Berlin is fourth at 156, while Gettysburg's Danny Harcourt (152) leads the field followed by teammates Vamsi Damerla (155) and Nick DiMaio (155) from Swarthmore.
Below is a breakdown of each golfer's opening two rounds.
R1 | Berlin shot an eight-over 79 in the opening round, with two birdies on the round and tied for ninth.
R2 | With two strokes shaved off his first round, Berlin moved up into the top-5 with a 77 in the round.
R1 | Lankler also had an 79 to go eight over on the round, with one birdie.
R2 | After carding an 83, Lankler ended the day tied for 13th.
R1 | Nicholas was close behind at 80 with two birdies and tied for 14th.
R2 | He fired an 87 and dropped seven spots to 21st.
R1 | Had an 83 for a 12-over with a bonus hole on eight and was tied for 19th.
R2 | Nakai carded three birdies for an 80 and moved up three spots to 16th.
R1 | Shot an 83 for 19th place as well.
R2 | Wassell had an 82 in second round and moved up one spot to 18th.
