HAVERFORD, Pa. – Bryan Andrews finished 21st to pace Franklin & Marshall at the Centennial Conference (CC) Cross Country Championship hosted by Haverford on Saturday. Haverford took the team title with 24 points, followed by Dickinson (52) and Johns Hopkins (53). F&M finished sixth in the nine-team event.
Andrews crossed in 26:17.1 on the 8k course that featured 98 runners. Chris Stadler from Haverford took the individual crown with a time of 24:47.1.
Josh Wesalo (27:11.7) crossed in 32nd place while Tim Merlino (27:16.3) and Greg Duckloe (27:18.0) were right behind him, placing in 34th and 36th respectfully. Francis Blancero (28:03.9) completed the F&M top-five with a 46th place finish.
F&M will be back in action on November 10th, at the Mid East Regionals at Big Spring High School. The race is slated for an 11:00 a.m. start.
