STEVENSON, Md. -- J.T. Paganelli finished 21st to lead Franklin & Marshall at the 2015 Centennial Conference (CC) Cross Country Championship hosted by Johns Hopkins Saturday afternoon. F&M finished seventh (185) while Haverford (25) won the team title after placing three runners in the top five. Johns Hopkins scored 70 points and finished second while Dickinson's 94 points were good for third.
Paganelli finished the 8k course in 26:22 while Charlie Marquardt from Haverford took the top spot in 25:09.
James Hamilton placed 44th in 27:25.8 and Patrick Manion came in 50th at 27:41.3 while Michael Whalen crossed in 28:07.2 and finished 59th out of 95 runners. Brien Miceli clocked 28:18.1, Bryce Williams finished at 28:33.2 and Ignacio Picado Fallas crossed at 28:55.9.
F&M returns to action next Saturday when the Diplomats compete at the Mid-East Regionals at Big Springs High School. The race will start at 11:00 a.m.
