LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall's Kristin Hamill and Haley Pilone were named to the All-Centennial Conference (CC) Second Team, announced on Wednesday. The honor is the second for both of their careers after receiving Honorable Mention last season.
Hamill (Radnor, Pa. / Radnor) ended the regular season leading the Conference after averaging 10.2 rebounds per game. The junior ranked fourth with 16.6 points per game, making her the only player in the CC to be averaging a double-double on the year. Hamill tallied nine double-doubles on the year, scoring in double-digits in 18-out-of-20 games played.
Pilone (Milford, N.J. / Delaware Valley Regional) ranked fifth in the CC, averaging 15.2 points per game. The senior guard ended the regular season 24th across all Division III teams in free throw percentage (85.1). Pilone ended her career first in program history for made threes with 225 and ninth in points with 1,223.
The Diplomats finished a strong season with the team's first winning record since 2011-12 at 13-12 on the year with a 10-10 mark in CC play.
