No. 6 Franklin & Marshall is tied with No. 8 Johns Hopkins atop the Centennial Conference (CC) at 9-0. Saturday's contest determines the top seed and host of the Conference playoffs. The Diplomats can finish no lower than the second seed heading into the tournament. Four teams have clinched spots in the tournament: F&M, Johns Hopkins, Bryn Mawr, and No. 12 Ursinus. Dickinson and Gettysburg are battling for the fifth spot.
F&M heads to Baltimore for a game against Johns Hopkins. The Diplomats and Blue Jays both enter Saturday with 9-0 Conference records. F&M beat Johns Hopkins 2-0 in the regular season last year, but fell to the Blue Jays, 1-0, in double overtime in the CC Championship eight days later.
On Saturday, the Diplomats celebrated Senior Day with another shutout victory, a 3-0 win over Bryn Mawr. For the second consecutive game, F&M did not allow the opposition to take a shot or penalty corner. Recap.
Francis Earns Defensive POTW
Colleen Francis was named CC Defensive Player of the Week after coming up with several key stops in transition in F&M's shutout victories over McDaniel and Bryn Mawr.

Lily Mynott leads the CC in scoring with 20 goals and 44 points.
Erin Coverdale is first in the CC with 126 total shot attempts, with Mynott in second with 89 entering this week. Coverdale is also fifth in the Conference in assists with seven entering this week.
The Diplomats have allowed the fewest goals in the Conference, surrendering just nine.
Among the Leaders (NCAA)
Through Oct. 30, Christina Seery is third in the NCAA with a goals-against-average of 0.510.
Lily Mynott's 1.25 goals per game place her 11th in the NCAA.
F&M was selected as the No. 6 team in all of Division III in the eighth NFHCA poll of the regular season after also being ranked No. 5 last week. Three Centennial Conference teams received votes in the national rankings: No. 5 F&M, No. 8 Johns Hopkins, and No. 12 Ursinus. The next poll is set to debut on Tuesday, Nov. 5. Complete Poll.

Erin Coverdale has 51 career goals and is fourth in program history. She is three away from becoming the record-holder. Coverdale has 23 career assists, tied for third in program history, and is nine away from entering the top-two in program history.
Caitlin Morrissey has six penalty stroke conversions in her career, which is second in program history. The F&M record is 10 (Annie Horsley '18).
Lily Mynott has scored 37 career goals, 11th in F&M history. Two more goals will put her into the top-10 in program history.
Coverdale Breaks Game-Winner Record
Erin Coverdale broke the F&M record for career game-winners when she notched her 15th and 16th career game-winners against Lebanon Valley (9/11) and Mary Washington (9/14), passing Sydney Cole '18.
