Player of the Week: Senior attack Caroline Krohn was named Centennial Conference (CC) Co-Offensive Player of the Week for women's lacrosse on Monday.
Krohn had nine goals and four assists in a 1-1 week for the Diplomats. She opened Conference play with four goals and three assists in the win over Muhlenberg Saturday. In the 9-8 loss to No. 1 Salisbury on Sunday, Krohn scored five goals and handed out one assist and finished the week with an 81.2 shot on goal percentage. The honor is the second for Krohn this season and the fourth for F&M.
F&M Last Week: F&M went 1-1 last week with a 17-6 win over Muhlenberg on Saturday before falling 9-8 to No. 1 Salisbury on Sunday.

Last Time We Met Messiah: Emily Everdell's goal with three minutes remaining in the game proved to be the difference as No. 8 Franklin & Marshall defeated No. 15 Messiah 8-7 on March 20, 2013.
F&M led 7-3 six minutes into the second half and looked to be in control before Messiah rattled off four straight goals in seven minutes to tie the game at 7-7 at 17:09 left to play. The ensuing 14 minutes proved to be a defensive battle before Everdell was fouled, sending the sophomore to the arc. Everdell made the best of the situation and buried the free position shot for the game-winner.
