Series History: F&M faces off against regional-rival York on Wednesday looking to keep a perfect 7-0 record against the Spartans. The Diplomats then host Messiah for the ninth meeting with F&M holding a 6-2 edge. 

Last Time We Met York: Katie Groenke struck with 36 ticks left in overtime to lift No. 9 Franklin & Marshall to an 8-7 victory over York last season. Full recap.

Melissa Judge finished with three scores, Maddie Hughes netted two and Paige Moriarty ended the game with a goal and an assist. Groenke and Yen Baker both scored once while Gabby Frank handed out two assists.

Vanessa Budd paced the defense with three caused turnovers and two ground balls and Sarah Bozzo recorded two ground balls with one caused turnover.

Budd paced the defense with four caused turnovers and two ground balls. Hughes caused two turnovers and came away with three draws. Melissa Judge ended the game with four draws. Danielle Harrington took the loss with six stops. 

F&M Last Week: No. 7 Franklin & Marshall's women's lacrosse team dropped to No. 3 Washington & Lee by an 8-4 score on Saturday afternoon. Full recap.  

Danielle Harrington took the loss with four saves on the day. The Diplomats outshot the Generals 25-17 and went 19-for-20 on clear attempts. 

Milestone Watch: Senior Paige Moriarty finished with four goals and an assist in the Diplomats' 17-3 season-opening win against Elizabethtown to hit the 300-point mark in her career. Only four other Diplomats have reached this mark. Moriarty is closing in on multiple records. Her 303 points are fifth with Blake Hargest '10 holding the all-time record at 341. She has 179 goals good for fourth – Jen Pritchard '09 has school mark at 268 – while here 124 assist place fourth. Hargest leads that category as well with 160 assists.
