Series History: Franklin & Marshall's women's soccer team (3-5) closes out its 2016 non-conference slate with a pair of matchups at home this week, hosting Lancaster Bible on Wednesday and Alvernia on Saturday.

The meeting with Lancaster Bible is the first between the two programs, while the Diplomats square off against Alvernia for the just the fifth time in a series dating back to 2007.  Last time they met, Alvernia broke a three-game winless streak against the Diplomat with a 1-0 shutout in Reading.

Last Week: F&M went 1-1 last week with a 2-0 blanking of Penn St.-Harrisburg on Wednesday and a hard-fought 2-0 loss against Ursinus on Saturday in Centennial Conference (CC) play.

Against Penn St.-Harrisburg, Kyra Judge (12th minute) and Reanna Leoni (31st minute) propelled the Diplomats with first-half goals. Goalkeeper Nicole Savidge (2-2) was clutch in the second half with five crucial saves. She turned back a total of six shots to earn the win and her second shutout of the year.
