LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall softball's Abi Buell was named to the All-Centennial Conference (CC) First Team, announced by the league office on Tuesday. Buell was one of three first-years to earn First Team honors.

Buell (East Northport, N.Y. / Northport) led the Diplomats with a .379 batting average at first base, which was good for fourth in the CC, and also ranked second on the team in RBIs (19). The first-year helped pace F&M through the middle of the season with a 10-game hitting streak starting on March 30 with F&M's CC-opener against Washington and culminating in a 3-for-4 performance with two doubles and three RBIs against Elizabethtown on April 11.
In the field, Buell was a dominant presence at first base, finishing second on the team with 124 putouts and committing just five errors on 135 total chances.
F&M ended the season with a 15-19, 7-9 CC record, remaining in the playoff hunt until the final week of the regular season.
