Women’s Squash Takes Down St. Lawrence

LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall's No. 18 ranked women's squash team returned from winter break with a commanding 7-2 win over No. 26 St. Lawrence on Saturday in Mayser. 

The Diplomats, despite competing for the first time in nearly two months, were in top form and rolled to a 4-2 overall record on the year. The struggling Saints dipped to 1-11. 

By the Numbers 

F&M picked up four sweeps on the day, including a trio of 3-0 triumphs at the No.'s 3-5 positions in the order. Sam Sankaran rolled at No. 5 with wins of 11-4, 11-0 and 11-3. 

The Diplomats continued their domination in the series, improving to 17-3 all-time against the Saints and continuing a 12-match winning streak.
