GETTYSBURG, Pa. -- Franklin & Marshall added a pair of bronze medals, and received solid finishes in all events, to remain in second place after Saturday's competitions at the Centennial Conference Championship. The Diplomats (454) trail only Gettysburg (474) in the team standings.

Emily Zacherl earned a bronze in the 200 IM with 4:46.23 while teammates Katherine DeCrosta (4th, 4:47.46), Caitlyn Fuller (7th, 4:51.86) and Laura Bassford (8th, 4:53.32) all finished in the top eight. F&M's second bronze was picked up by the team of Olivia Hill, Katherine DeCrosta, Garland Bartlett and Ana Franzluebbers which finished third in the 800 free relay in 7:58.60. earned a bronze in the 800 free relay with a 7:58.60. Rebecca Daen, Zacherl, Caitlyn Fuller and Maggie Johns finished ninth.

 Krista Hollingsworth, Lili Shainis, Jackie Behr, Daen placed fifth in the 200 medley relay in 1:52.78 while Kasey Christiansen, Becca Citti, Alexia Tomlinson, Courtney Gregor took 10th for F&M in 1:55.06. Washington won the event with a championship meet, pool and conference record 1:49.62.

Hill placed 4th in the 200 free with 1:57.61 Ana Franzluebbers was seventh in 1:58.63. Washington's Rachel Glasser won the even with a NCAA 'B' cut time of 1:52.33. Bartlett, Daen and Johns took 12th through 14th for the Diplomats.

Behr finished seventh in the 100 fly with a 1:00.57 while Tomlinson was 11th in 1:02.42 and Gregor placed 13th with a 1:03.51. Hollingsworth placed sixth in the 100 backstroke in 1:01.88.

Shainis was fifth in the 100 breaststroke with 1:09.48 and Rebecca Citti eighth with 1:11.31. Washinton's Jenna Moore won the event with a 'B' cut time of 1:05.97. Charlotte Katter and  Christiansen placed 12th and 16th for F&M.

Swarthmore (320), Ursinus (291.5) and Dickinson (289) round out the top five in the team race.

Swimming resumes Sunday at 10 a.m.
