SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Megan Hunter finished third in the 400m, while Jake Gomolinski took fifth in the 100m to lead Franklin & Marshall's men's and women's track & field teams at the 2008 ECAC Championships held in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Gomolinski ran 11.12 to come in eighth in the preliminaries of the 100m, before clocking in at 11.02 in the finals for fifth overall. He also finished eighth in the 200m with a time of 22.23. In addition to third place in the 100m, Hunter took 21st in the 200m (26.63).

Alyssa Catalano led the field events for the women, earning ninth in the shot put with a toss of 38-02.00 and then taking 15th in the hammer throw with a distance of 44.20m. Erin Gleason followed with a 11th-place performance in the discus (111-06) and then grabbed 17th in the shot put 36-05.75.

Kwaku Anno finished out the men's competitors for the Diplomats, battling in the long jump and taking 14th with a leap of 21-05.25.
