Johns Hopkins has dominated the Championships as of late, taking 11-straight titles from 2008-18. The Blue Jays enter as the top-ranked team in Division III and Dickinson comes in at No. 5. Prior to Johns Hopkins' run, Dickinson was the top team from 2000-07, while Haverford (3), McDaniel (1) and Gettysburg (1) have also captured team titles in the Conference's 26-year history.
The Diplomats have performed well in several events this fall and aim to improve on a seventh-place showing at the 2018 CC Championships. This year, F&M finished third out of 13 teams at the Hood College Open on Oct. 19.
A Look at the Individuals
Sophomore Alexis Salerno looks to pace the Diplomats at this year's Championships, having been the team's top finisher in three contests and in the team's top-two in all four races in which she participated. Salerno took a second-place individual finish at the Alumni 5K earlier this season with a time of 20:12.
Caelyn Reilly and Tasha Freed of Johns Hopkins check-in as the top returners from last year's CC Champs after finishing second and fourth, respectively.
Following the Conference Championships, the Diplomats close out the year with the NCAA Mid-East Regionals on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 11:00 a.m. The event is being hosted by Lehigh in Bethlehem, Pa
