Alyssa Catalano was crowned champion in the shot put, while Megan Hunter tied and reset her school records in the 400m and 200m dash to lead the Franklin & Marshall women's indoor track & field team to a sixth-place finish at the Centennial Conference (CC) Championships on Sunday.

The women's top finish came in the distance medley relay. Shannon Weir, Laura Hansen, Megan Hunter, and Rachel Suydam placed sixth with a time of 12:57.61. Haverford posted the winning time of 12:37.31.

Carl Schnabel, mentor of the men's and women's track teams at Franklin & Marshall, is a native of Lancaster. He returned to his hometown to coach the Diplomat track teams in the summer of 2003, and currently resides in the city with his wife, Jennifer, and their four children.
