NEW HAVEN, CT - Franklin & Marshall College used four 3-0 victories to defeat St. Lawrence University 6-3 in women's squash action at the Yale University Invitational.

At #1, Freddy McNeely (Jr., Newtown Square, PA/Hill School) rolled past Katia Stipinovich 9-4, 10-9, 9-1, while Jessica Mitchell (Jr., Devonshire, Bermuda/Canterbury School) rallied back from a 2-1 deficit to downed Ashley Eldredge 9-5, 6-9, 6-9, 9-6, 9-0 at #2.

Tracey Sole (Fr., Glendale, Zimbabwe/Peterhouse Girls School) stopped Berkeley Welles 9-1, 9-3, 9-1 at #4, Lizzy Denenberg (Sr., Wilmington, DE/Sanford School) beat Caitlyn Cimikoski 9-2, 9-7, 10-9 at #5, Barbara Bee (Jr., Millersville, PA/Penn Manor) handled Erin Hart 9-2, 9-7, 6-9, 9-6 at #6 and Margaret Seaman (Jr., Cazenovia, NY/Northwest Academy) downed Anne Daniels 9-5, 9-7, 9-1 at #7 to account for the Diplomats' victories.

The victory improves the Diplomats to 3-2 all-time against St. Lawrence since the series began in 1980.

Franklin & Marshall (3-3) will continue the season on January 21-22 at the Yale University Invitational.
