LANCASTER, PA - Franklin & Marshall College's Jessie Mitchell (Jr., Devonshire, Bermuda/Canterbury School) went 2-0 with a pair of 3-0 victories at #1 to lead the Diplomats past George Washington University and Haverford College by 8-1 scores in women's squash in the Mayser Center.

Playing without usual #1 Freddy McNeely (Jr., Newtown Square, PA/Hill School), the Diplomats did not miss a beat as Mitchell handled Rachael Rayfield 9-3, 9-0, 9-1 to ignite the team's win over George Washington as F&M improves to 9-0 all-time against George Washington. Overall, George Washington's lone victory of the match occurred at #9 as Sybil Bunn tallied a 9-2, 6-9, 9-6, 10-9 win.

Against Haverford, the Diplomats again rolled through the #1-8 matches and dropped the #9 match as Franklin & Marshall improves to 21-4 all-time against Haverford and now hold a six match winning streak against the Fords.

Ranked #22 in the February 2 College Squash Association team rankings, the Diplomats are 7-8 and will continue the season on February 23-26 at the Howe Cup hosted by Harvard University.
