AMHERST, Mass. – The No. 6 Franklin & Marshall men's squash team continued its successful run at the Amherst Round Robin on Saturday, earning a pair of victories to move to 6-2 on the season. The Diplomats took down No. 12 Columbia early in the day with a 6-3 win before knocking off No. 16 Wesleyan with a 9-0 sweep in the nightcap.

Columbia looked to be in control after picking up wins at No. 1 and 2, however F&M received key wins from No.'s 4-6 to take an advantage in the match. Wesley "Cole" Osborne was solid at No. 2 with an 11-8, 2-11, 11-2, 11-7 victory, while Jack Cutler (16-18, 11-7, 11-5, 11-3) and Alex Arjoon (9-11, 11-2, 11-7, 11-9) both responded by losses in their opening games to capture wins in their matchups.

Dylan Cunningham (No. 8) and Brian Henry (No. 9) both swept their opponents to help seal the contest for F&M.

Later in the day against Wesleyan, the Diplomats cruised to victory by picking up seven sweeps from Jack Cutler (No. 3), Pedro Veiga de Almeida (No. 4), Ryan Mullaney (No. 5), Henry (No. 6), Aadit Zaveri (No. 7), Gavan Hitchenor (No. 8) and Kareem Nabil Abdel Mawla (No. 9)

Mauricio Sedano battled John Steele at No. 1, coming away with an 11-3, 12-10, 11-13, 13-11 win, while Osborne was solid at No. 2 with an 11-8, 11-5, 9-11, 11-8 victory.

F&M concludes play at the round robin tomorrow with a matchup against Amherst at 1:00 p.m.
