NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Franklin & Marshall's No. 13 ranked men's squash team dropped a 9-0 contest to No. 2 Yale on the road Saturday afternoon.
The Diplomats fell to 1-3 on the year while the defending National Champion Bulldogs moved to 1-0.
By the Numbers
Seven of the nine matchups resulted in sweeps. Yannis Senkel (No. 4) took an early one-game lead with a 12-10 win in the opening frame before dropping the next three. Shams Abbas also battled at No. 3 with four tightly contested games, including an 11-7 win in the third, but also ultimately fell in four.
