LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall's No. 13 women's squash team fell to No. 15 Middlebury by a narrow 6-3 score, before rebounding later in the day against No. 22 Dickinson with a convincing 9-0 triumph.
The Diplomats improved to 2-8 on the year after going 1-1 on the day.

All but two of the matches against Middlebury were decided in three games with F&M earning a pair of sweeps from Sherilyn Yang (No. 2) and Katherine Galambos (No. 5). Ellen Verry continued the strong play for the upper-half of the Diplomats' ladder with a come-from-behind 3-1 win at No. 4.
The all-time series now stands at 15-11 in favor of the Panthers.

Fiona Murphy (No. 1) battled back from a loss in her first game to take three straight frames, while Sherilyn Yang (No. 2) slipped past her opponent with a decisive 11-9 victory in the fifth game.
Through four all-time meetings with the Red Devils, the Diplomats hold a perfect 4-0 mark.
