MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – Franklin & Marshall's No 18 women's squash team suffered a 9-0 loss to No. 14 Middlebury on the road Saturday.
The defeat brought an end to the Diplomats' five-match win streak and dropped their record to 6-3 on the season while the Panthers evened their record at 3-3.

F&M captured just one game on the ladder, with Grace Smith fighting off a sweep at No. 8 with her 11-7 victory in the third frame. A pair of Diplomats forced extra points in their opening frames with Emily Knapp falling by a 12-10 tally in her No. 3 matchup and Zoe Quayle coming up just short at No. 7 by a 13-11 margin.
