NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Franklin & Marshall's No. 18 women's squash team saw their memorable Walker Cup (C Division) run come to an end in Sunday's Championship match with a tough 8-1 loss against No. 17 Amherst.
The Diplomats finished with a 2-1 mark at the College Squash Association (CSA) Championships after defeating Dickinson (6-3) on Friday and Tufts (5-4) on Saturday.
Historic Season
F&M can hang its hat on one of the best seasons in program history as the Diplomats finished with a 13-10 record, good for the most wins since 1987-88.

By the Numbers
Zoe Quayle garnered the Diplomats' lone win on the ladder with a 3-2 thriller at the No. 7 position. Quayle jumped ahead by a 2-0 score before falling in the next two frames but responded with a 12-10 victory in the fifth.
Only three contests were decided in three games.

Members of the Diplomats will travel to Philadelphia on March 6-8 to compete at the CSA Individual Championships.
