WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- No. 17 Franklin & Marshall women's squash fell to No. 14 Middlebury 5-4 in a narrow loss on Thursday afternoon at Williams College. In their first action since early December, the Diplomats (3-5) and Panthers exchanged a handful of 3-0 and 3-1 decisions in a fairly even split.
Audrey Berling picked up a quick 12 minute victory in the No. 1 slot, followed by Zoe Quayle making quick work of her opponent at No. 6. Aryaa Ogale and Pratiksha Mishra also secured victories for the Diplomats.
F&M continues its trip to Massachusetts with a match tomorrow afternoon against Williams beginning at 2:00 p.m.
