HAVERFORD, Pa. -- No. 16 Franklin & Marshall women's squash split a pair of matches on Saturday afternoon, dropping 8-1 to No. 22 Dickinson before sweeping No. 28 Haverford 9-0 in a round robin format.
Dickinson previously lost to F&M 6-3 in the first match of the year for either side, but won the first six rungs of the ladder to pull away. Zoe Quayle picked up the lone Diplomat victory, cruising to an 11-3, 11-7, 11-8 victory at No. 7.
F&M then cruised to a 9-0 victory over Haverford, picking up 3-0 wins by seven players en route. Gabby Ramos picked up the easiest victory of the afternoon, an 11-2, 11-2, 11-2 win at No. 8.
The Diplomats now prepare for the CSA Team Championships, to be held Feb. 25-27.
