LANCASTER, Pa. – The No. 25 Franklin & Marshall women's squash team was dominant in its 9-0 sweep over No. 28 Denison Sunday morning at the Mayser Center. The Diplomats cruised in the individual matches – sweeping every match on the day.
Zarine Gidwaney earned her team-leading fifth individual victory of the season as she downed her opponent, 3-0, in the No. 4 slot.
Aryaa Ogale (No. 2) and
Tatum Long (No. 6) both claimed their fourth win of the year with sweeps in their respective matches.
Gurlin Kaur (No. 1),
Cate Costin (No. 3),
Iman Jaikishan (No. 7) cruised in their respective contests to pick up their third win of the season.
Mia Todd rolled to a 3-0 win in the No. 5 slot to earn her second victory of the year.
Joey Ho (No. 8) and
Ana Petrosky (No. 9) also claimed their second win of the season as each Diplomat won their match by default.
Franklin & Marshall will return to action on the road to start the new year. The Diplomats will travel to play No. 14 Williams on Friday, January 5 at 5:00 p.m.
