WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The No. 19 Franklin & Marshall men's squash team lost on the road at No. 11 Williams, 8-1, Friday evening in the Diplomats' first match of the new year.
F&M battled throughout the day, but its only win came in the No. 3 slot as
Marco DiFilippo downed his opponent, 3-1. The victory is DiFilippo's sixth win of the season.
Jordan Sprecher (No. 4) and
Sam Freed (No. 7) fought hard in their respective matches. However, they couldn't outlast their opponents – each losing 3-2.
No. 19 F&M continues its road trip as it heads to No. 18 Amherst Saturday at noon.
