LANCASTER, Pa. – The No. 13 Franklin & Marshall men's squash team blanked No. 32 Hobart, 9-0, in Friday evening's match at the Mayser Center Squash Courts. The Diplomats improve to 7-3 overall, while Hobart falls to 1-10 this season.
Sharan Punjabi (No. 1) and
Aditya Chandani (No. 4) both swept their respective opponents for their eighth individual wins of the year.
Jordan Sprecher (No. 3),
Alexander Arader (No. 5) and
Sam Freed (No. 6) all picked up 3-0 victories to improve to six individual victories this winter.
Marco DiFilippo downed his opponent, 11-9, 13-11, 11-5, in the No. 2 slot to earn his fifth individual win of the season.
Noah Katzer (No. 7),
Akshat Agarwal (No. 8) and
Hunar Kohli (No. 9) swept through the bottom three slots, 3-0, to boost their individual win tallies to three each this year.
No. 13 Franklin & Marshall looks to build onto the momentum when plays No. 15 Rochester in Baltimore, Maryland on Sunday at noon.
